Choose a tire shop that does other work in addition to tires. When visiting the dealer I wouldnt start by blaming the tires, simply tell them you have a very loud noise which doesnt seem right and you want to find out what needs to be done to fix it. They may, or may not connect the problem to your tires, but if you start by specifically blaming the tires they may take advantage of that to add new tires on top of what ever else needs to be done to fix the problem.
